The Visions of Truth mission has slightly different objectives depending on whether you aligned with the Spark Faction or Ward Faction.
The Spark Faction objectives are a bit longer due to the fact that you have to leave the X17 building to fight off the Ward soldiers outside and meet Scar at the Malachite secret entrance, as opposed to just staying inside the X17 for Ward Faction players.

Meet Up With Scar in X17

Go to the X17 in STC Malachite to meet up with Scar. Inside the building, use the elevator to get to the room where Scar can be found. Talk to Scar and then exhaust all dialogue options to progress the mission.
Insert the Key Into the Visiograph Control Panel
Approach the Visiograph Control Panel at the middle of the lab and then interact with it when the prompt Insert Faust's Pendant appears.
Talk to the Representative of C-Consciousness
Speak to the hologram of the Representative of C-Consciousness next to the control panel. Scar will then join in the conversation after a while. Wait for the conversation between the two to end before proceeding to the next objective.
Fight the Ward at the Northeastern Checkpoint
Leave the lab and proceed to the Northeastern Checkpoint via the elevator you used earlier. On the way out, you will already encounter some Ward soldiers, so be prepared to fight them.
Fight the Ward Near Block B
Once you're outside, continue on to Block B and kill all the Ward soldiers patrolling the vicinity.
Hold Your Position
Defend the area outside of Block B against waves of enemy soldiers. Staying out in the open is a death wish; there's a guardhouse nearby that you can use as cover should you need to heal up or reload.
Talk to Scar at the Secret Entrance to Malachite
Follow your waypoint until it leads you to the sewers. Navigate through the sewer tunnels and go up the ladder at the end to meet up with Scar. Finish the dialogue with him to end the quest before proceeding to the next mission, Dark Times.

Meet Up with Dalin in X17
Go to the X17 in STC Malachite and meet up with Dalin. Once you enter the room where Dalin is at, a cutscene between him and Professor Ozersky will trigger.
Follow Korshunov
Follow Korshunov into a room nearby with Dr. Dalin to discuss some matters. When prompted, ask Dr. Dalin what the next plan of action is and then leave the room.
Insert the Key Into the Visiograph Control Panel
Go back to X17 and then interact with the Visiograph Control Panel when the Insert Faust's Pendant appears.
Talk to the Representative of C-Consciousness
Talk to the hologram of the Representative of C-Consciousness until Dr. Dalin and Colonel Korshunov joins in on the conversation.
Clear Out X17
Leave the room and then defeat all the soliders in the hallways of the X17. Since you'll be fighting in a narrow area, make sure to use the peek mechanic to your advantage when fighting them. A shotgun is also preferable as you'll be fighting in close-quarters combat.
Talk to Korshunov
Follow your waypoint to meet up with Korshunov and talk to him. This will end the mission and you can then proceed with the next mission, Dark Times.
