For players who sided with the Spark Faction, take the Emitter to Scar at the Rostok Depot at the Chemical Plant. As soon as you arrive, a cutscene with Scar and Star will trigger. After the cutscene, the quest will end and the Dawn of a New Day mission will begin.

For players who sided with the Ward Faction, go to the Chemical Plant. As soon as you arrive, enter the plant and follow your waypoint that will lead you to Major Dvoryankov. Speak to him in his office once you arrive there.
Get Equipment from the Technician
Leave the Major's room and talk to Sergeant Ivalyov outside to get a PSZ-20W Convoy armor.
Talk to Colonel Korshunov
Go to the meeting room to talk to Colonel Korshunov. After the cutscene, the mission will end and you can then proceed with the Assault on the Duga mission.
